Welcome to "Coach Mia's" Team Page!
Hi! My name is Mia and i just became part of the Phoenix Mercury coaching staff. I'm so excited to be part of this wonderful team. I'll be at the game to cheer them on and we hope you come to the game too!
Make your way to the Pavillon as the Phoenix Mercury Chase Glory and Beat L.A. Friday, August 22nd. Come swab your cheek to register as a potential marrow donor.
You can also help by making a tax-deductable donation here on my page. Just click the blue "Make a Gift" button.
You can also join the Be The Match Registry ONLINE:
Click on this link http://join.marrow.org/marrow
You will be directed to the online registration page.
Fill out the information needed and make sure the promotion code “marrow” is filled in.
Once you complete the form and submit it, the Be The Match lab will code a cheek swab kit and mail it to your house.
Simply follow the swab directions and drop the kit back in the mail. That's it!
We know there are many myths when it comes to marrow donation, but did you know the most common form of donation today is a NON-SURGICAL process? Watch this video to see what donation is all about. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEoJwcdV3BQ&feature=share&list=PL9C5980663815EEC9
Your commitment is important and your help matters. Thank you!
